His Ways Are Higher Than Our Ways…

Greetings, from all of us here at the Sovereign Grace Baptist Church in Ladysmith Wisconsin.

Man proposes but God disposes. ..As many of you might have recalled from our church website we had planned to start our own building project this year.

But our Sovereign God, by His grace, has revealed His own plan for His local church here in Ladysmith. He had provided for us an existing office building right across from our church property which is only 2 miles south of Ladysmith.

We all are very humbled by God’s grace and mercy for us and at the same time we are encouraged in what Christ has been doing with us here in the Northlands of Wisconsin.

As you can imagine we have been working diligently these last 2 weeks to get the building ready for our needs as a local church. After many long hours of “heart” work we were privileged to have our first Sunday (07/06/08) gathering in our new location and our church building.

It is both exciting and wonderful to have a permanent place where we all can gather together in the name of our Saviour.

Please keep us in your prayers continually that Christ’s light will shine bright in this community in which our God has purposely placed us to minister.

May we continually minister the true Gospel of Jesus Christ with love and truth. May our Saviour quicken His Word with the power of the Holy Spirit to quicken the souls of the lost.
